At NoeVia, we take great care in preparing your order with love and precision. Each product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality, which may take a little extra time, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-volume periods such as product launches, holidays, or sales, processing may take up to 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (after processing time)

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (after processing time) (available at checkout)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship via USPS and UPS to ensure safe, reliable delivery.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax).

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days depending on customs processing.

Order Issues or Delays
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@noevia.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Incorrect Shipping Info
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. NoeVia is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
